1. Terms of purchase
Poweraware AB’s Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Sale”) apply to purchases in our e-commerce in Sweden unless otherwise stated. Products are intended only for use by individuals who are acting for purposes which are not related to their trade, business or profession (each a “Consumer”) and purchase in our e-commerce confirms that the products will be used by a Consumer and not a company or organisation. No terms in this agreement are intended to limit a Consumer’s statutory rights.
Marketing and sales of products or services on the Site at any given time does not mean that such products or services will always be available. Poweraware reserves the right to discontinue sales of products at any time.
Poweraware reserves the right to change these Terms of Sale from time to time without notifying you; however, Poweraware may not make such changes after an order is placed.
For purchases in stores, the buyer’s or reseller’s terms of purchase apply.
2. Orders, Deliveries, Prices and Delivery Fees
You place your order through our e-commerce. After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Please note that for secure delivery of an order you must enter a correct shipping address and contact details, no boxing addresses in other words. Poweraware is not responsible for any costs incurred in providing Poweraware with an incorrect address or contact information, or an address where you can not be reached.
An order cannot be redirected once it has been sent. All orders are shipped from Sweden and free shipping.
Poweraware will strive to deliver your order by your chosen delivery option. Unfortunately, Poweraware’s cannot deliver to specific countries or regions, in which case you will be informed about it either when making an order or after that.
Poweraware’s goal is to send your order as soon as possible, and usually delivery will take place within 2 to 5 business days after confirmation of order. Although Poweraware’s goal is to deliver within this time, delivery may take longer. In case the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you are entitled to cancel the product.
When your order is ready to ship from our warehouse in Sweden, you will receive shipping information by e-mail. For international transport, such an e-mail will also contain the shipping company name and a tracking ID.
If your order does not arrive at the scheduled date, please contact the shipping company customer support with the specified tracking number in your order confirmation. If you have not received a tracking number, please contact Poweraware’s customer service by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The prices shown on the website include statutory VAT (VAT) for sales within the EU.
For orders with non-EU orders, Poweraware does not charge VAT, GST or similar taxes for the Products (”Fees”), and Poweraware, therefore, can not indicate what your total price will be (including such Fees). You as a customer are responsible for paying all Fees related to the products from which you are an importer. We recommend that you contact local customs for details of such Fees before making an order. If you refuse to pay such Fees, you will not receive the products.
For any returned products (e.g. due to an incorrect address or contact details, or failed delivery due to the shipping company being unable to reach you), an administrative fee is charged: Within EU-EUR thirty (€ 30) and outside EU-USD forty ($ 40), but not exceeding the total order value. The order for returned products will automatically be cancelled, and you will be refunded the difference between the amount paid and the administrative cost.
The cost of each delivery method is clearly stated during checkout. If Poweraware cannot deliver your order in full and must make more than one delivery, we will not charge any additional costs for any subsequent shipments.
If for any reason Poweraware is unable to fulfil your order, you will be informed as soon as possible. Poweraware will try to repay the amount paid using the same method used to make the payment. If alternative arrangements are necessary, a Poweraware representative will contact you to resolve the refund.
3. Return of an order
You have the right to withdraw from an order as stated below within 14 days. The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the date you receive the products. When ordering multiple products delivered separately, the right of withdrawal will expire after 14 days from the date of receipt of the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by e-mail or letter of your decision to cancel an order. You can use the model form below, but the right of withdrawal may also be exercised otherwise.
To meet the deadline for the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient that you send a notice of your exercising of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the time specified above.
Exercising Your Rights
When returning products, return the products to Poweraware with its original packaging, labels or tags, posts, accessories, etc. to the address provided by our Customer Service, without unnecessary delay and in any case not later than 14 days from The day you announced you wish to return the product to Poweraware. The deadline is met if you return the products before your 14 days have expired. You are responsible for the products you return to Poweraware, and you must bear the direct cost of returning the products.
Poweraware will refund all amounts for a returned order under the right of withdrawal, including delivery costs (with the exception of (i) any additional costs that are due to your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us and (ii) what listed below related to reduced value of returned products) within 14 days from the date of receipt of Poweraware. Poweraware will refund such amount with the same payment method that you used for the original payment unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise.
You are responsible for the reduced value of the products resulting from the management than is necessary to determine the nature, property and function of the products. This means that the products should not have been damaged, dirty, washed, changed or worn (except for testing the product) and that labels or tags should be intact.
The right of withdrawal is regulated in the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59). Please note that this right applies only to consumers.

4. Damaged Products
If there is damage to a product or its packaging upon delivery to you, you should notify Poweraware immediately upon receipt of the product. Please include information about the damage that has occurred and, if possible, take pictures on the product or packaging damage.
If requested by Poweraware, you should ship the product to Poweraware together with your shipping company’s original packaging, original packaging, labels or tags, items, accessories, etc. to the address provided by our customer service without unnecessary delay. Poweraware will help you arrange return delivery of such products. Poweraware can not refund or compensate you for any costs of arranging your own courier/shipping/postal service.
5. Payment Methods
You can pay for your products in the manner stated on the website at the time of your purchase.
For credit cards or debit cards
You can enter your payment details when you place your order with a valid credit or debit card (accepted by Poweraware at the time of payment). Poweraware reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and if the address information is correct. Poweraware may refuse orders depending on the results of these checks.
Please note that Poweraware does not accept cash or checks.
6. Poweraware’s Liability
If Poweraware violates these Terms of Sale, Poweraware shall only be liable for any loss that is a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such violation.
Poweraware is not responsible for indirect losses or damages. In addition, Poweraware is not responsible for any losses resulting from an event beyond Poweraware control, including fire, flood, storm, riot, strike or similar.
Subject to your rights as a Consumer, Poweraware’s maximum liability towards you is limited to the total price of your order.
7. Errors on the Website
Poweraware can not guarantee that the content of the website is without errors or typographical errors, nor can Poweraware guarantee that all information is relevant. Although Poweraware’s goal is to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the website, errors may occur. Poweraware can change the content of the website at any time and reserves the right to cancel an order before delivery if we find that the price is incorrect. In such cases, Poweraware will notify you by e-mail and give you the opportunity to place a new order at the right price or to cancel your order. If Poweraware can not contact you, your order will be automatically canceled.
8. Product Warranty
Unless more extended warranty period is stated in applicable laws and regulations, Poweraware provides 1-year factory warranty on all goods unless otherwise stated. The warranty means that we replace or repair broken product within one year unless the Consumer has mishandled or misused the product.
If you want to return a broken product, contact customer service by email or phone for detailed return information. Poweraware is responsible for your return charge on warranty issues by sending out a shipping slip. Poweraware does not replace shipping costs that occur if you do not use any of these two shipping options. If your product arrives in a visibly damaged condition, Poweraware reserves the right to deny a receipt.
If you have a complaint regarding material or manufacturing defects in products that Poweraware has delivered, including damage that has occurred during shipping, please inform Poweraware’s customer service by email email@example.com.
Poweraware reserves the right to transfer the claim Poweraware has as a result of your order.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Swedish law and any dispute shall be settled in a Swedish public court.
