PowerAware has entered into settlements with Amazon and Walmart

As previously reported, Counterflo has taken legal actions in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Texas against Amazon and Walmart for infringing PowerAware’s patented technology of visible flowing power charging cables. The lawsuits were supported by Swiss based legal financing company Nivalion, in partnership with Swedish legal financing company Litigium Capital.

PowerAware is pleased to announce that it has entered into voluntary settlements with Amazon and Walmart in March and April 2023. The terms of the settlements are confidential but satisfactory to both PowerAware on the one hand, and Amazon and Walmart on the other.
